1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is necessary to enter this competition or to claim the prize if you are chosen as a winner.

2. CONTEST PERIOD: The competition begins on December 1, 2003 at 12:00:01PM Hong Kong time and ends on January 31, 2004 at 11:59:59 PM Hong Kong time.

3.2 This competition is organized by Fluid HK Ltd, Ground Floor, No.1 Pak Tse Lane, Central, Hong Kong.

4.1 The competition is open to all legal residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the Peoples Republic of China.

4.2 All participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration submission.

4.3 Employees, representatives and immediate family members up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity (spouses, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household as any member of staff of Fluid HK Ltd, Sony Hong Kong, Staunton's Wine Bar & Cafe, Ground Floor, 10-12 Staunton Street, SoHo,
Scirocco. Upstairs, 10-12 Staunton Street, SoHo,
Elements. 55 Elgin Street, SoHo,
Caramba. 26-30 Elgin Street, SoHo,
Boca. 85 Peel Street , SoHo, their affiliates or subsidiaries, and employees of the advertising agencies and any other company involved in the design, production or execution of this competition are not eligible to participate.

5.1 Participation in the competition is deemed acceptance of the rules and regulations. All entries and the information provided in the entries become the property of Fluid HK Ltd and may be used by any member of that group for publicity purposes.

5.2 The content of The Website may be sponsored by, or co-branded with, identified third parties. By virtue of these relationships, the third parties may obtain personally identifiable information that visitors voluntarily submit to participate in the site activity. 5.3 Entries that contain errors, or which are incomplete, illegible, mutilated or corrupted will not be accepted.

5.4 Proof of faxing, mailing or email is not considered proof of receipt. Receipt of the entries will not be acknowledged.

6.1 Entry into the competition is free of charge and is open to all who access www.viaoinsoho.com provided the eligibility criteria are met.

6.2 Eligibility criteria:
· successful completion of the registration; following which
· participants are asked to answer two simple question;

6.3 Winners will be chosen at Fluid HK Ltd sole discretion from among the participants who have met the eligibility criteria, correct entries and will be notified of their win by email. Fluid HK Ltd decision on the winners will be final.

6.4 Results may be published in all venues, The Website and other Fluid HK Ltd websites.

7.2 The grand prize consists of one Sony VAIO TR2 laptop, Terms and Conditions of Sony apply to grand prize winners.

7.4 Winners must collect their prizes by 25 February 2004 or prize will be forfeited.

7.5 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, address and date of birth in order to receive their prize.

7.6 If a winner is subsequently found to be ineligible, he/she will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected by Fluid HK Ltd (in its sole discretion) from the pool of eligible participants, who will receive the disqualified winner's prize instead.

7.7 Any taxes on prizes and incidental expenses associated with claiming the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

7.8 Without prejudice to the other provisions herein contained, the winner's entitlement to claim his/her prize on or before the due date will be forfeited if they do not collect their prize within the time prescribed and in accordance with the directions given by Fluid HK Ltd from time to time. Any winner whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation from Fluid HK Ltd. Fluid HK Ltd reserves the right to dispose of the forfeited prize in such manner and to such person as it deems fit in its sole discretion.

7.9 Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and must be accepted as awarded.

8.1 If you are a verified winner of the grand prize, you may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) within 21 days of Fluid HK Ltd first attempt to notify you that you are a winner, in order to receive the prize.

8.2 All applications/registrations submitted become the property of Fluid HK Ltd and will not be returned.

8.3 In the event of unavailability of a stated prize, Fluid HK Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8.4 Fluid HK Ltd reserves the right to correct errors in printed Competition material (online or offline) in conjunction with this promotion. Liability for Competition materials containing printing or any other errors is limited to replacement with another application/registration. If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question.

8.6 Fluid HK Ltd reserves the right to cancel or modify the Competition at any time and at its sole discretion.

8.7 In the event that the promotion is cancelled, a random drawing will be held from all eligible participants at the time of termination to award any remaining prizes.

9.1 By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to hold Fluid HK Ltd, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of any use of the prize.

9.2 Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize, including without limitation any claims by third parties based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy relating to the winner's entry.

9.3 Fluid HK Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions failures or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Fluid HK Ltd.

9.4 Fluid HK Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

9.5 Fluid HK Ltd assumes no liability for any loss or damage caused in the event of it canceling, terminating, suspending or modifying the competition and all such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the individual competition winner(s).
Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Fluid HK Ltd reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extent of the law.

10. INTERNET:
If for any reason the internet part of the competition is not capable of running as intended, including infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, due to unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other reason beyond the control of Fluid HK Ltd which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the competition, Fluid HK Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any individual (and his competition entry) at its sole discretion and to suspend the competition, or the internet portion of it, and void any entries it thinks appropriate (in its sole discretion). Fluid HK Ltd will then select winners solely from the entries from pool of eligible participants received up to that date.

Information provided by you to participate in this promotion is subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and in the event of a dispute, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
